• Health is based on our online pharmacy which combines traditional pharmacy with complementary therapies to give a holistic approach to health. We also cover preventative health issues to give you a long and healthy life.
• Happiness looks at how to apply the latest ideas from the science of happiness so that you can live a happy and fulfilled life.
• Success shows you how to use the tools of success to build real success into your life in such a way that your success goes hand in hand with happiness and fulfilment.

Our History

It all began back in 1999 with the idea of developing an online pharmacy. It was really just another interesting project that I became involved with in my spare time. I was working as a full-time pharmacist, managing a busy pharmacy at Mount Pleasant in Exeter, next to a health centre. My idea was to develop a web site based on the health information we were using every day, where you could also buy the products. At the time, this was a unique idea. The first web site was MyPharmacy, and I developed the web site and the pharmacy provided the goods.

MyPharmacy developed over the years, reflecting the innovative ideas we were using in Mount Pleasant Pharmacy. For example we were already selling a wide range of books on all sorts of health topics, so we included these on the web site. They sold.well, and the interesting thing was that the most popular books were the ones about jealousy and blushing. Not quite mainstream pharmacy areas, but important life issues.So we incorporated sections on lifestyle, mental health and complementary therapies.The business became independent in 2004,  when I gave up the day job to concentrate on the web site business full-time. We then found that somebody has already registered MyPharmacy as a European Trade Mark, and so needed another name to operate under, and SuperLiving was born. We redesigned the MyPharmacy web site from scratch before launching SuperLiving in 2008.

SuperLiving is all about health, happiness and success. We are now using this idea to expand our web site. Our core area is still health, including the pharmacy section, complementary therapies and preventative health. The mental health section changed it's name to happiness, to look at the whole idea from a positive viewpoint. We have added a success section, because so many areas that are concerned with making you happy will also make you successful.

SuperLiving is still developing. The happiness and success sections are currently a bit thin on content, but we are regularly adding new information to all sections. We are now producing our own videos through our sister Company SuperVid. We have a regular Newsletter which you can sign up for, and you can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.  We are also looking for good people to work with as guest authors to help add to our content.
