Diocalm Tablets Dual Action stops diarrhoea fast and relieves diarrhoeal pain:

Diocalm Chewable Formula Tablets Contains Morphine, Attapulgite and Activated Attapulgite:

• Morphine reduces movement of the gut and stomach
• Attapulgite and Activated Attapulgite absorbs within the gut

Directions for using Diocalm Tablets:

• Not to be given to children under 6 years
• Always read the instructions in your own product

Diocalm Tablets should be chewed followed by a drink of water

Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and over: Two tablets

Children 6-12 years: One tablet

• To be taken every 2 to 4 hours as required according to the severity of the symptoms
• Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours
• If your symptoms persist for more than 24 hours consult your doctor

It is important to replace body fluids lost during diarrhoea

Diocalm Tablets contain the following active ingredients: Morphine Hydrochloride 0.395mg, Activated Attapulgite 312.5mg and Attapulgite 187.5mg.

They also contain the following inactive ingredients: Icing sugar, paregoric essence and magnesium stearate.

Before Taking Diocalm Tablets:

• Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients in this product
• Make sure this product is suitable for you to use - ask your doctor or pharmacist
• Do not give to children aged under six years unless on a doctor's advice
• If your symptoms persist for more than 24 hours consult your doctor
• Do not take this product if you have impaired kidney function

Overdose: In the event of accidental or deliberate overdose, medical attention should be sought immediately

Side-Effects: No undesirable effects have been reported following use of Diocalm Tablets. However, should you experience any sort of reaction, then stop using the product immediately and report it to your doctor or pharmacist who will advise you of the necessary action to take.
