Warts & Verrucas

Warts are common and usually occur on the hands and feet and are painless. A verruca is just a wart on the sole of the food, but can be painful because you are standing on it, which pushes it into the skin as a hard lump. They are caused by a wide range of viruses, and are easily passed on to others, though it can take several month for a new wart to develop. Medical creams can help to dissolve away warts and verrucas, though they will normally go away on their own after some time. Warts on frogs are different to human warts!
