Nappy Rash

Nappy rash is something that all babies suffer from, no matter how careful you are at changing their nappy, because urine and faeces are irritant to a baby's delicate skin, even for a short time, and the skin reacts to this by becoming red and inflamed. Protective nappy creams help to protect the skin by forming a waterproof barrier, and should be used after each nappy change and after a bath. Sometimes the inflamed skin can also get a fungal infection, which will need one of the antifungal creams to clear.
