Men's health is an issue that most men don't think about that much, which is a great pity because most men would liver longer, healthier lives by looking after their health better. Specific men's health issues include Hernia, Impotence and Prostate Problems.

Men are bionic and will live forever, and do not have to look after their health. Well, that's the way that most men live and think. Most men would rather die than go to see their doctor, and for some of them this actually comes true. Men are bad at looking after their physical, mental, emotional and nutritional health. If they are lucky their partner will look after them, just like their mum did. If they are unlucky, they will start the trend early, that leads to a shorter, sadder life. Of course more men are becoming enlightened now, and if you are a man reading this, then you are one of the few who realised this early, or one of the older men who realise that this is now important. There is a saying that God gave you the first 30 years of health for free, and it is downhill from then on. Most men would be well advised to be looking after their health well before that birthday, and make it a habit for the rest of their life. Men's health is, to a large extent, in their own hands, but frequently health is the last thing on their minds
