About
the authors:
Windy Dryden was born in London in 1950. He has worked in psychotherapy and counselling for almost 30 years, and is the author or editor of over 150 books, including How to Accept Yourself (Sheldon Press, 1999) and Letting Go of Anxiety and Depression (Sheldon Press, 2003). Dr Dryden is Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Daniel Constantinou has been in the counselling field for eight years. He holds a Master's degree in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. He has practised in a number of different areas in the counselling field, ranging from a psychosexual clinic to an inpatient group pro gramme. He currently works at the Florence Nightingale Hospital in the outpatient counselling department, and also has a private practice at Harley Street in London.
