Your emotional health may have a greater impact on your health than your nutritional health. This was one conclusion from a worldwide survey of over 150,000 adults from more than 140 countries presented to the American Psychosomatic Society in March 2009 by the University of Kansas and Gallup . This survey included people from all income groups, and the results were found to hold true even with those lacking basic shelter and needs. The opposite is also true, negative emotions are a predictor of worse health.
