Hay Fever
Hay fever is the commonest form of allergy in the UK affecting up to 25% of the population, and up to 38% in teenagers. It is caused by an allergy to a particular pollen rather than to hay. Each pollen has it's own season, with grass, flower and tree pollens occurring at different times, and fungal spores also causing hay fever. You can do a lot to control your hay fever symptoms, and there are many hay fever products to help ease the symptoms.
