Benadryl One a Day Relief offers once daily relief from hay fever and year-round allergy symptoms. It can also relieve urticaria (hives
or itchy skin rash).
For adults and children over 12 years for
- Hay fever
- Dust allergy
- Pet allergy
- Skin allergies
How to take Benadryl One a Day Relief:
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take one tablet daily.
- Each tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
- If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
If you have taken more tablets than you should, talk to your doctor or pharmacist immediately or go to your nearest accident & emergency (casualty) department as soon as possible.
If you forget to take your medicine
Take as soon as you remember but wait at least 24 hours before taking your next tablet.
Do not take a double dose to make up for forgotten individual doses. You must see a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve
The active ingredient Benadryl One a Day Relief is Cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg.
The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, colloidal anhydrous silica and magnesium stearate.
The film coating contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171) and polyethylene glycol.
Important
information about some of the ingredients in this medicine
When taken according to the dosage recommendations, each dose
supplies up to 0.07 g lactose. It is therefore unsuitable for
people with lactase insufficiency, galactosaemia or glucose/galactose
malabsorption syndrome.
Possible
side-effects
Like all medicines, Benadryl one a day relief can have side-effects,
although these are usually mild. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any of the following:
headache, dizziness, drowsiness, agitation, dry mouth, upset
stomach or fits.
