Nasal Air Guard can be used to filter the effects of pollen, dust, pet allergens, smoke and all general airborne pollutants. It can be used during normal daily activities, air travel, whilst, cycling, running, train travel or walking, and  and can be used during non water-based sport exercise.

Nasal Air Guard can be used to help reduce the risk of contraction colds, flu, tuberculosis, meningitis and other airborne bacterial illnesses and viruses.
NasalAir Guard is an ingenious device that fits into the nose to prevent a whole host of airborne pollutants entering the nasal passages in the first place. Originally invented to help hay fever sufferers, this product is equally effective in preventing the causes of other types of allergic rhinitis - many of which can act as triggers for asthma.

Its secret lies in the special filters that block out all the pollen, and other nasties carried in the air. NasalAir Guard is made from a clear, soft medical grade plastic (not latex) which allows the wearer's own natural skin colour to show through.

People are already wearing it to help with their allergies to things like house dust mites, and cats and dogs, while it can also be worn during sleep. Indeed, existing users have even reported it not only aids restful sleep but also stops them snoring.

Directions

Wearing NasalAir Guard takes a few hours to get used to (a bit like wearing contact lenses), and you may find your nose runs a little (that's a good sign...it's the sinuses trying to clean themselves out).

Should this happen, simply remove the device, wipe it clean with a tissue, blow your nose and then reinsert the same NasalAir Guard.

After a short time, your runny nose will stop but the benefits will continue - in fact, for up to 24 hours of continuous use for each device. Once breathing through the nose becomes laboured, then that's the time to change it for a new one.

How to use NasalAir Guard:

• Ensure the nose is clear by blowing it
• Insert NasalAir Guard into the nose placing the cylinders in first making sure the device is fully inserted inside the nostrils
• Gently push the device into position so that normal breathing is achieved, it is securely fitted and does not slip out

Do not use NasalAir Guard whilst smoking any form of tobacco product

• The same device may be used for up to 24 hours of continuous use
• NasalAir Guard can be removed during low pollen or pollution times and reinserted during high periods

When breathing becomes laboured, remove the NasalAir Guard and dispose of it, replacing it with a fresh one

Extra InfoBefore NasalAir Guard became available to the general public, it was tested out by Dr Andy Demaine Reader in Molecular Medicine at the University of Plymouth's School of Molecular Medicine. Researchers there concluded that it was "quite capable of filtering out the pollen spores that cause hay fever." They even confirmed that "particles as small as viruses such as lambda and pGL3 DNA could be successfully removed." That means that NasalAir Guard can certainly help fight all kinds of other airborne pollutants, including the common cold.
