Strepsils Extra Lozenges are available in the following flavours -

• Strepsils Extra Blackcurrant
• Strepsils Extra Cherry

• Anaesthetic to relieve pain and discomfort
• Antiseptic to fight the bacteria which can cause sore throats

How to use Strepsils Extra Lozenges:

For children of 6 years and over, adults and the elderly: Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 3 hours as required.

• Do not take more than 12 lozenges in any 24 hour period
• For oral administration only
• Do not give to children under 6 years of age
• Remember young children can choke on lozenges
• If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed, do not use this product.
• This product is unsuitable if you are intolerant to carbohydrate.

May occasionally cause allergic reactions including asthma. This is more common if you are allergic to aspirin.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist if :

• you take too many lozenges
• symptoms persist
• anything unusual happens
• you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Each Strepsils Extra Lozenge contains the active ingredients: Hexylresorcinol 2.4mg

Strepsils Extra BLACKCURRANT Lozenges also contains: Sucrose, Glucose, Levomenthol, Blackcurrant Flavour, (containing propylene glycol), Carmoisine Edicol (E122), Patent Blue V (E131).

Strepsils Extra CHERRY Lozenges also contains: Sucrose, Glucose Syrup, Cherry Flavour, Propylene Glycol, Levomenthol, Carmoisine Edicol (E122).

Each Strepsils Extra Lozenge contains: 1.1g of glucose, 1.4g of sucrose
