This Self-Hypnosis Audio CD will help you to eliminate anxiety if your mind goes blank or freezes during written and oral exams or during a test. The dialogue takes you into an exam and test situation, and walks you through the process, whilst suggesting only positive, relaxing, calming thoughts.

Post Hypnotic suggestions are offered that allow the information and data stored in the subconscious mind's memory banks, to become more easily accessible. Post Hypnotic ‘Trigger tools’ are offered so that the listener can use these whilst in a fully conscious state to reaffirm and re-establish a state of calmness; allowing the information and knowledge they know they have, to flow unhindered.

You will find this CD easy to listen to, with no gimmicks, subliminal messages, or irritating, overbearing music. The voice you will hear is that of a female with an English accent.

Hypnotherapy is safe, non invasive, gentle and effective, and you can be confident that Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis cannot make you do something, say something, or behave in a way that is unacceptable to you in a normal wakeful state!

After Hypnotherapy, changes can be quite sudden and dramatic, but don't be too disappointed if an immediate change or improvement isn't noticed; the issue that you are trying to resolve, may have been around for a long time, and it may take days/weeks for you to be aware of any significant change or improvement; only when you look back will you see how much change has actually taken place, or how improved your health is.

Instruction for use
Lie on a sofa, bed, or sit in a comfortable chair with good head support, preferably in a darkened room. Use the CD daily for the first week, thereafter, whenever you want to re-affirm the affect. You may feel that you have fallen asleep whilst listening to the session, however, if you awaken at the end of the session, you have not been asleep; you have just drifted into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. If you miss the countdown at the end of the session, next time you listen to the CD, do so when you are less tired, in a well lit room, in a more upright position, (this does not apply to the Insomnia CD).

Note, Do not use this CD: whilst driving, or operating any machinery; without medical advice if you suffer with low blood pressure that requires medication. Do not use if you have schizophrenia, paranoia any psychosis, or are violent, as hypnosis cannot help you. Always consult your medical practitioner if in doubt.
