Depression feed

Depression is an illness, and it's more than just feeling a bit down. Depression is very common and can affect almost anybody, and is certainly not a sign of weakness. It can start for no apparent reason, or be triggered by an event such as the breakdown of a relationship, or the loss of a job, and true depression actually causes changes in the brain' chemistry. A diagnosis of depression should be made by your doctor, who may prescribe antidepressants; however, the way you think is also important, and some herbs and supplements can also help.
