Nutrition for Babies feed

Nutrition for babies is important to give the best start in life, and this is totally down to mum. Breastfeeding is the best start, with mum still eating properly for two. Bottled milk is a second choice for the first months of life. Weaning is important, and must be done carefully, because introducing the wrong foods too early can lead to allergy problems in later life. Once past this stage it is important to introduce different flavours to help baby become used to the wonderful range of foods available for a healthy diet for life, and steer them toward healthy eating as a child, and may use vitamins for babies to help.

When you start on solids you start to make your own choices. You start out with the small choices. Do you like baked beans or fish fingers, carrots or chips, fruit juice or Coke? Current research suggests that your genes mainly control your attitude to meat, and your parents influence your attitude to vegetables and fruit. All of these choices are made in the most formative years of your life, and profoundly influence the whole of the rest of your life. Thank your parents if you end up liking fruit and vegetables.

Nutrition is now the single most important aspect of health, and will be for the rest of you life. You can also use vitamins for babies and children as supplements to ensure your baby isn't missing out on essential vitamins.
