Migra-Cap cooling areas:

The Lycra cap covers the whole of the head and eye area and is filled with specially formulated gel packs strategically positioned to target the areas of the head affected pain.

How to use the Migra-Cap:

• Place Migra-Cap in a clean, polythene bag and store in your domestic fridge until required for use
• If you require a colder temperature place Migra-Cap in your domestic freezer
• When you take the Cap out of the freezer for use please allow a couple of minutes before wearing

When using Migra-Cap we recommend resting in a comfortable armchair or lying down:

• Migra-Cap can be used for approximately 40 minutes before it reaches body temperature and should be returned to the fridge or freezer to cool down.

If migraine/headache symptoms persist always seek medical advice

Do not:

• Walk when wearing Migra-Cap
