Balmosa Cream is an analgesic rubefacient which works by producing a sensation of warmth on the skin to soothe and relieve the pain of unbroken chilblains and muscular aches and pains.

Directions

Using Balmosa

  • Squeeze cream onto the affected area and gently massage into the skin.
  • Do not use with occlusive dressings.
  • Wash hands immediately after use.
  • Use the cream as frequently as required.
Contents

Active Ingredients: Camphor 4% w/w, methyl salicylate 4%w/w, menthol 2% w/w, and capsicum oleoresin 0.035% w/w.

Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose, white soft paraffin, emulsifying wax, liquid paraffin, wool fat, phenoxyethanol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate and purified water.

Warnings

Before using Balmosa

  • Do not apply to inflamed or broken skin or near the eyes, nostrils or other sensitive areas.
  • If you are pregnant, breast feeding or are sensitive/allergic to aspirin or any of the ingredients listed consult your pharmacist before use.
  • Do not use on children under 12 years.
If accidentally swallowed seek medical advice.

After using Balmosa

  • Balmosa Cream may cause the skin to redden this is normal. If a skin rash or itch develops, discontinue use. If the reaction persists after stopping use, seek medical advice.
  • The application of large amounts of Balmosa Cream may result in hypersensitivity reactions and worsening of asthma.
  • After use avoid exposing the treated skin to excessive light.
