ThermaCare Self-Heating Heat Wraps for effective and targeted relief of muscular and joint pains associated with: muscle tension, over-exertion, strains and arthritis. They are suitable for sufferers of chronic and occasional pain.
Clinically proven as effective as six Ibuprofen tablets. Worn for 8 hours a single patch has been shown to give pain relief equivalent to taking 2x200mg Ibuprofen tablets three times a day.
ThermaCare heatwraps deliver 8 hours of constant therapeutic heat, helping relax tight muscles and increase circulation at the site of pain.

Tear open the ThermaCare pouch when ready to use: It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach its therapeutic temperature. Place on your area of pain with darker discs toward skin and fasten the belt. For best results, wear for a minimum of 3 hours. Dispose of used wrap, whether warm or cold, in regular household waste.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using ThermaCare Heat Wraps if you have:

- poor circulation
- heart disease
- rheumatoid arthritis
- are pregnant
Warnings:
- Thermacare can cause burns. Check your skin frequently and stop use if there are any signs of skin irritation or burns.
- The heat discs contain iron. If the disc contents are ingested or come into contact with your skin or eyes rinse with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Skin Warnings:
- Stop using it if it feels too hot.
- To learn your tolerance to heat, wear during the day before deciding to use while sleeping.
- If you are 55 or older, wear ThermaCare over a layer of clothing, and do not use while sleeping.
- Do not place extra pressure over the heat wrap.
- Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period.
Stop using and ask your doctor:
- If you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn.
- If after 7 days your pain gets worse or remains unchanged.
