Most information on weight loss is wrong. We are told to eat less and exercise more, and to eat less fat and more carbohydrates. We are doing this but we are all getting fatter. The reason is that we are being told the wrong things. Only by understanding why we gain weight and changing our lifestyle to avoid the weight gain triggers can we ever hope to lose weight and be healthy.
